以4个四川省常用玉米自交系为测验种,20个抗玉米纹枯病自交系为被测系,采用不完全双列杂交设计配制80个组合,对产量、穗长、穗行数、行粒数、穗粗、粒深和百粒重7个经济性状进行配合力分析。结果表明,H2149等11个抗病家系的产量一般配合力效应值为正值,其中9个家系所配F1产量较高,可直接利用;其他自交系个别性状较优,可根据育种目标有针对性的选择利用。玉米纹枯病抗源CML270与感病自交系478构建的CML270×478重组近交系群体有重要育种利用价值。
In this study, four inbred lines of maize in Sichuan Province were used as tested cultivars, and 20 inbred lines resistant to corn sheath blight were tested. Eighty combinations were designed by incomplete diallel cross design. The yield, ear length, , The number of rows per plant, ear diameter, grain depth and 100-grain weight were analyzed. The results showed that the general combining ability effect value of 11 resistant families such as H2149 was positive. Among them, 9 families had higher F1 yield and could be used directly. The other traits of inbred lines were better, Targeted choice to use. The CML270 × 478 recombinant inbred line population constructed from maize sheath blight resistant CML270 and susceptible inbred lines 478 has important breeding value.
