为了改善钛管在轧制过程中出现裂纹、壁厚不均和表面花状网纹等质量问题,借助Pro/E软件对LG60HL二辊轧制过程进行简化和建模,利用Deform-3D软件对不同轧制点的应力进行计算,得出了不同轧辊在轧制过程中的应力曲线。对已有质量问题的轧辊的不合理轧制力处进行应力分析,对该处轧辊的孔型进行修改,并进行轧管轧制实验。实验结果表明,该方法使轧制效果得到了明显提高,可以对轧制结果进行有效预测,有效改善待轧管的合理变形制度及轧制工艺。
In order to improve the quality of titanium tube during the rolling process such as cracks, uneven wall thickness and surface flower pattern, the LG60HL two-roll rolling process was simplified and modeled by Pro / E software. Deform-3D software The stress of different rolling points is calculated, and the stress curves of different rolls during rolling are obtained.
