针对油田水表调校耗时多、效率低这个问题 ,经多方研究和实践 ,归纳出利用流量误差曲线性质和直方图来快速检定油田批量水表的方法。该方法经过半年多的现场应用 ,使批量水表的校验效率整体提高了5 8% ,水表的二次调校次数减少了 75 % ,取得了令人满意的使用效果和显著的经济效益 Aiming at the problem of time-consuming and inefficient adjustment of oilfield water meters, the multi-party research and practice have summarized the method of rapid verification of oilfield batch water meters by using the characteristics of flow error curves and histograms. After more than six months of field application, the verification efficiency of the batch water meter has been increased by 58% as a whole, and the number of secondary calibration of the water meter has been reduced by 75%. Satisfactory results and remarkable economic benefits have been obtained
