主题教学要追求案例效用最大化——以“法律是一种特殊的行为规范”为例

教师应该追求案例效用最大化,最大限度地发挥它应有的优势。我以“法律是一种特殊的行为规范”为例,谈谈如何使案例效用最大化。一、以例为线追求案例效用最大化,首先得明白为什么要用主题式案例,而非一般的一例一理。“以例为线”是主题式案例教学不同于一般案例教学的最大区别,也是主题式案例教学的生命线。主题式案例教学最大的优势在于一例贯穿,所选取的案例应起到穿针引线的作用,连接松散、分层的知识 Teachers should seek to maximize the effectiveness of the case and maximize its due advantages.
