教师专业发展制度是国家管理、实施、评价中小学教师专业发展活动的主要方式,针对薄弱环节开展针对性改革是美国未来教师专业制度创新的主题。当代美国中小学教师专业发展制度建设中存在的主要问题是:政策上支离破碎,机会上令人担忧,内容上单调贫乏,形式上缺乏深度。针对这些问题,美国教师专业发展制度确立了以下改进方向:深化改革内涵,重视教师的有效专业学习与自主发展,让学校成为教师专业发展的中心。
The system of teacher professional development is the main way for the state to manage, implement and evaluate the professional development activities of primary and secondary school teachers. Targeted reforms aimed at the weaknesses are the major themes of the future innovation of the professional system of teachers in the United States. Contemporary American primary and secondary school teachers’ professional development system, the main problems in the construction are: fragmented policy, the opportunity is worrying, monotonous lack of content, the lack of depth in form. In response to these problems, the system of professional development of teachers in the United States has established the following improvement directions: Deepening the content of reform, attaching importance to effective professional learning and independent development of teachers, and making schools the center of teacher professional development.
