本文提供了一种政府部门手机移动办公系统的设计方案,介绍了系统的设计原则、总体框架、网络结构、功能结构和系统特点。该系统由手机客户端模块和后台管理模块两部分组成,主要功能包括公文的接收和办理、收发内部邮件、公告及文件的查看、业务数据的查询统计。利用3G网络技术可以实现内外部的信息沟通,实现高水平的办公自动化建设,提高日常工作效率。
This article provides a design scheme of government mobile phone office system, introduces the design principles, overall framework, network structure, functional structure and system features. The system consists of mobile client module and back-end management module. The main functions of the system include receiving and processing official documents, receiving and sending internal mail, viewing bulletins and documents, and querying business data. The use of 3G network technology can achieve internal and external information communication, to achieve a high level of office automation and improve daily work efficiency.
