以珠一坳陷北部洼陷带为例,系统阐述了珠江口盆地始新统半深—深湖相烃源岩综合判识方法与成果。该方法集区域地质背景分析、沉积物可容空间分析、地震相类比分析、沉积相序分析、生物标志化合物分析等为一体,可以综合判识一个地区是否发育半深—深湖相烃源岩,并在剖面和平面上刻画出其分布范围。应用该方法对北部洼陷带的8个洼陷进行了综合判识,识别出惠州5洼、西江主洼、海丰33洼、惠州10洼、西江23洼等5个洼陷发育文昌组半深—深湖相烃源岩。该方法是评估少井、无井低勘探程度地区半深—深湖相烃源岩发育程度的实用和有效的方法,对珠江口盆地其他地区和中国近海其他盆地半深—深湖相烃源岩判识具有参考价值。
