本文以山西柴油机工业有限公司的生产背景及面临的现实问题为背景,提出了可以借鉴日本丰田汽车公司“精益生产”的思路,并在实际生产制造过程中逐步开展了精益化管理,收到了良好效果。精益化管理在山西柴油机厂生产中实践探索的经验可以为其他兵器工业企业的高效运转提供参考。
Based on the production background of Shanxi Diesel Engine Industry Co., Ltd. and the realistic problems it faces, this paper put forward that we can draw lessons from Japan’s Toyota Motor Company “lean production ”, and gradually carried out lean management in the actual manufacturing process To good effect. The experience of lean management in the practice of production in Shanxi Diesel Engine Factory can provide reference for the efficient operation of other weapons industrial enterprises.
