我厂1973年建了一座低温电阻炉,功率45kW,工艺温度200℃,炉容积12m~3,用于电机定子绕组的浸漆烘烤。后由于工厂转产保险柜,于1986年重新设计时将原电阻炉改造为远红外线加热多用烘烤炉。该炉设计温度为≤250℃时误差为±3℃。 一、烘烤炉的结构 远红外线加热烘烤炉由炉体、电控操作台及温度指示控制仪等组成,结构如图1所示。
