用氨基酸自动分析仪测定鬼针草中的氨基酸成分，结果含有１６种游离氨基酸，总含量为１３９．８９ｇ／ｋｇ，总蛋白质含量为１５７．８ｇ／ｋｇ。测定了９种无机元素，４种常量元素中以Ｃａ的含量最高，５种微量元素中以Ｆｅ的含量最高。同时还测定了维生素Ｂ１、Ｂ２的含量。
The amino acid composition of Bidens pilosa was determined using an automatic amino acid analyzer and contained 16 free amino acids with a total content of 139.89 g/kg and a total protein content of 157.8 g/kg. Nine inorganic elements were determined. The content of Ca was the highest among the four major elements, and the content of Fe was the highest among the five trace elements. At the same time, the vitamin B1 and B2 levels were also measured.
