本文结合对华山游客的旅游信息获取方式与客源结构、游客行为构成关系的问卷调查,通过分析指出各种信息传递方式对不同人群、游客行为构成的影响并提出相应的建议。一、旅游信息来源渠道旅游信息包括旅游目的地的旅游资源信息、交通信息、食宿信息、娱乐信息等。其来源渠道有很多种,在这里我们关注的主要有以下几种:(一)互联网络。除专业旅游网站外,综合网站、地方政府网站都设有旅游频道或网页,信息量巨大,方便、快捷。(二)广播、电视。电视是现代社会最流行的大众传递方
