研究菊花色素的粗提方法,比较常温浸提、恒温水浴、超声波和微波提取法的提取效果,及4种提取物与VC、VE的体外抗氧化能力。结果表明,提取效果以超声波提取法最佳,恒温水浴法次之,微波提取法最低。4种提取物中,以微波提取法体外抗氧化能力最强,在样品加入量为0.4 mL时其清除率是VC的95.2%,常温浸提法的150.2%,恒温水浴法的219.6%,超声波提取法的1 849.5%,VE的740.3%。从获得高抗氧化活性花青素粗提液角度考虑,微波提取法效果最佳。
The method of crude extract of chrysanthemum pigment was studied. The extraction effect of normal temperature, constant temperature water bath, ultrasonic wave and microwave extraction and the anti-oxidative ability of four extracts and VC and VE in vitro were compared. The results showed that the extraction was best by ultrasonic extraction, the second was by constant temperature water bath, the lowest by microwave extraction. Among 4 kinds of extracts, microwave extraction had the strongest anti-oxidation ability in vitro. The clearance rate was 95.2% of VC, 150.2% of normal temperature extraction method, 219.6% of constant temperature water bath method when the amount of sample was 0.4 mL, 1849.5% of the extraction method and 740.3% of the VE. From the perspective of obtaining highly antioxidant anthocyanin crude extract, microwave extraction is the best.
