目的:探讨用阿奇霉素治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的临床效果。方法 :对2013年3月~2014年3月期间我收治的114例喘息性支气管炎患儿的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我们将这114例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各57例患儿。我院对对照组患儿进行雾化吸入治疗,对观察组患儿在进行雾化吸入治疗(所用药物和方法均与对照组患儿相同)的基础上,加用阿奇霉素进行治疗。疗结束后,比较两组患儿治疗的效果、喘息症状得到明显缓解的用时、不良反应的发生率和病情的复发率。结果 :观察组患儿治疗的总效率明显高于对照组患儿,二者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组患儿喘息症状得到明显缓解的用时明显短于对照组患儿,二相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。两组患儿均未发生不良反应,二者相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。观察组患儿病情的复发率明显低于照组患儿,二者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 :用阿奇霉素治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的效果确切,可快速缓解患儿喘息的症状降低其病情的复发率,而且十分安全。因此,阿奇霉素可作为临床上治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的优选药物。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of azithromycin in treating infantile asthmatic bronchitis. Methods: The clinical data of 114 asthmatic bronchitis patients admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were retrospectively reviewed. We will be 114 cases of children were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group 57 cases of children. In our hospital, the children in the control group were treated with atomization inhalation, and the children in the observation group were treated with azithromycin on the basis of atomized inhalation treatment (the drugs and methods used were the same as those in the control group). After the treatment, the effects of treatment in two groups were compared, and the symptoms of wheezing were significantly relieved, the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate of the disease. Results: The total efficiency of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). The observation group patients with wheeze symptoms significantly relieved time was significantly shorter than the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Azithromycin treatment of asthmatic bronchitis in children with exact effect, can quickly relieve the symptoms of wheezing in children to reduce the recurrence rate of their condition, and very safe. Therefore, azithromycin can be used as a clinical treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis, the preferred drug.
