采用三角坐标法和正交试验优化法,对20%苯醚甲环唑.多菌灵水悬浮剂的助剂进行筛选,并对其砂磨工艺进行了研究,确定最佳配方为:苯醚甲环唑5%,多菌灵15%,XNY001 4%,XNY002 2%,黄原胶0.2%,膨润土0.5%,乙二醇5%,有机硅消泡剂0.1%,水补足至100%。产品悬浮率>93.0%,热贮后有效成分分解率<3.0%,各项指标符合悬浮剂的要求。而且该产品在防治瓜白粉病田间药效试验中3 000倍液10 d的防效达到83.57%。
Using the method of triangulation and orthogonal test, the auxiliaries of 20% difenoconazole and carbendazim were screened, and the sanding process was studied. The optimum formulation was determined as: phenyl ether 5% of metronidazole, 15% of carbendazim, 4% of XNY001, 2% of XNY002, 0.2% of xanthan gum, 0.5% of bentonite, 5% of ethylene glycol and 0.1% of silicone defoamer. Product suspension rate> 93.0%, after heat storage active ingredient decomposition rate <3.0%, the indicators in line with the requirements of SC. Moreover, the control efficacy of the product in the efficacy test of preventing and curing melon powdery mildew for 10 days in the fields of powdery mildew for 10 days reached 83.57%.
