在进行精密凸轮副设计时 ,为达到机构运动所需的行程、速度和加速度等的要求 ,往往需要由多种类型曲线组合而成的轮廓曲线。这些曲线衔接的好坏 ,直接关系到整个机构的性能。我们从获得最优曲线 (即给定边界条件下最短时间内达到最大速度的曲线 )的条件中出发 ,实现了曲线接续的途径 ,给出了生成曲线方程的算法 ,并讨论了其应用实践。
In the design of precision cam pair, in order to achieve the desired stroke, speed and acceleration requirements of the mechanism, the contour curve composed of many types of curves is often required. The convergence of these curves is directly related to the performance of the entire agency. Starting from obtaining the optimal curve (that is, the curve reaching the maximum speed in the shortest time given a boundary condition), we realized the method of curve continuation, gave an algorithm to generate the curve equation, and discussed its application practice.
