采用Ni、Si粉末作中间层连接材料,利用真空热压工艺成功制备C/C复合材料与镍基高温合金(GH3128)的连接样件。并借助X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和材料万能试验机,研究连接温度对其连接接头力学性能和微观结构的影响规律。结果表明,随着连接温度的升高,不仅接头中间层的元素分布更加均匀,而且接头的剪切强度也随之明显增大。当连接温度为1160℃时,连接接头的剪切强度可达12.6MPa。
The Ni, Si powder was used as the interlayer connection material, and the connection samples between C / C composites and nickel base superalloy (GH3128) were successfully prepared by vacuum hot pressing. X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and material universal testing machine were used to study the influence of connection temperature on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the joints. The results show that not only the distribution of elements in the interlayer of the joint is more uniform with the increase of the connection temperature, but also the shear strength of the joint increases obviously. When the connection temperature is 1160 ℃, the shear strength of the joint can reach 12.6MPa.
