对功米3号和滇屯502及其219个F3株系糙米与精米中总黄酮和γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)含量进行了遗传变异及其相关性分析。结果表明:①总黄酮和GABA含量在F3群体糙米和精米中均呈现较大的变异,总黄酮表现出正态分布特征,属于多基因控制的数量性状;而GABA表现出偏态分布的特征,是由主效基因控制的数量性状;②糙米功能成分含量高于精米且两者呈极显著正相关,糙米总黄酮与糙米GABA呈极显著负相关,精米总黄酮与糙米GABA、精米GABA分别呈显著和极显著正相关。③筛选了一些高总黄酮和GABA含量的优良株系,为功能稻米的选育提供了材料基础。
Genetic variation and correlation analysis of total flavonoids and γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) contents in brown rice and polished rice of Gongmü 3 and Diantang 502 and their 219 F3 lines were analyzed. The results showed that: (1) The content of total flavonoids and GABA showed a large variation in the brown rice and polished rice of F3 population, the total flavonoids showed the normal distribution characteristics, belonging to the quantitative traits controlled by multiple genes; GABA showed skewed distribution characteristics, Is the quantitative trait controlled by major genes; ②The content of functional components of brown rice is higher than that of polished rice, and there is a significant positive correlation between them. The total flavonoids of brown rice are significantly and negatively correlated with brown rice GABA. The total flavonoids of polished rice and brown rice GABA, Significant and very significant positive correlation. (3) Some excellent lines with high total flavonoids and GABA contents were screened, which provided the material basis for the breeding of functional rice.
