研究沙棘果实中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验的方法,选择乙醇浓度,料液比,提取时间,提取次数,进行四因素三水平的正交试验。结果:用60%乙醇回流提取3次,每次1小时,温度为75℃,料液比为1∶8(W/V)。结论:该提取工艺为沙棘果实中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。
Study on Seabuckthorn fruit flavonoids best extraction process. Methods: Orthogonal test was used to select the concentration of ethanol, the ratio of solid to liquid, the extraction time and the number of extraction. The orthogonal experiment was carried out with four factors and three levels. Results: The extract was refluxed three times with 60% ethanol for 1 hour each at a temperature of 75 ° C with a feed / liquid ratio of 1: 8 (W / V). Conclusion: The extraction process is the best extraction technology of total flavonoids in the seabuckthorn fruit.
