风是影响城市微气候及热环境的重要因素之一,城市风环境的研究能够有效的缓解城市的热岛效应以及雾霾现象,通过有效的城市规划及城市设计手段能够提高城市空间的通风效率,改善城市风环境及热环境的品质。本文以江西省赣州市蓉江新城为例,提出基于中观层面城市风环境优化的体系框架,以期通过规划手段改善城市风环境。
