目的探讨血清酶变化对于指导新生儿窒息及新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)诊断的意义。方法对2003年3月 ̄2005年6月之间的60例新生儿窒息及HIE的患儿进行血清酶检测,与30例正常新生儿进行比较。结果窒息组与正常组血清酶比较差异显著。结论新生儿窒息的程度与血清酶活性升高有关,合并HIE者较未合并HIE者血清酶活性高,血清酶活性测定对于新生儿窒息及HIE的诊断有早期辅助诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the significance of serum enzyme changes in guiding neonatal asphyxia and neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) diagnosis. Methods Serum enzyme was detected in 60 neonates with asphyxia and HIE from March 2003 to June 2005, compared with 30 normal newborns. Results Asphyxia group and normal group, the difference was significant. Conclusions The degree of neonatal asphyxia is related to the increase of serum enzyme activity. Serum enzyme activity is higher in patients with HIE than in those without HIE. The determination of serum enzyme activity has early diagnostic value in the diagnosis of neonatal asphyxia and HIE.
