人力资源管理是企业管理中的重要职能,绩效考核管理作为人力资源管理中的重要组成部分,成为许多企业管理的创新工作。随着信息化的发展,企业管理与信息化应用的结合得到空前的发展,人力资源管理信息化为企业的经营管理提供新的管理理念和方法,本文介绍了HY公司在绩效考核管理方面的战略思考,运用信息化的管理手段,将绩效考核工作进行信息化导入。通过规范引入流程设计以达到最佳的管理效果,提高人力资源管理效率,实现由传统的行政事务性人力资源管理向战略性人力资源管理转变,最终为HY公司未来发展提供更大的战略支持。
Human resource management is an important function in enterprise management. As an important part of human resource management, performance appraisal management has become an innovation work for many enterprise management. With the development of informatization, the combination of enterprise management and informatization applications has been unprecedentedly developed. The human resources management informatization has provided new management concepts and methods for the enterprise’s operation and management. This article introduced the HY company’s strategy in performance appraisal management. Thinking, using information management methods, the performance assessment work to introduce information. The introduction of process design through the specification to achieve the best management results, improve the efficiency of human resources management, realize the transformation from traditional administrative affairs human resources management to strategic human resources management, and ultimately provide greater strategic support for the future development of HY.
