一、概况谐波传动是一种新的传动形式,而谐波齿轮传动是谐波传动的一种主要结构类型。国外从六十年代开始首先将其用于宇航工业,取得显著成效,随后推广到其他工业部门,其中包括机床部门。与普通齿轮和蜗杆蜗轮副等传动机构相比,它具有许多优点:结构简单、重量轻、体积小、传动比范围大、运动平稳、无冲击、传动效率高、运动精度好。有的谐波装置的运动精度已达20″,甚至到6″。一般单级谐波齿轮传动比在1.002~500之间,复波传动则更高。由
I. Overview Harmonic transmission is a new form of transmission, and harmonic gear transmission is a harmonic structure of the main type of drive. The foreign countries first used them in the aerospace industry from the 1960s and achieved remarkable results. They were subsequently extended to other industrial sectors, including the machine tool department.
