近年来,许多新兴技术产业相继选择在海外上市,中国A股频频遭遇资源流失却没有得到足够的重视。然而,当A股失去了具有“史上最大IPO”之称的阿里巴巴之后,一个疑问随之浮出水面:一家中国互联网企业,同时拥有如此庞大数量的国内客户群体,最终为何选择了在海外市场上市?从表面上看,是因为A股市场尚未成熟到一定程度能留住其宝贵资源。但通过分析其中其更深层次的原因,却值得大家深思和反省。事实上,中国A股市场亟须改革。
In recent years, many emerging technology industries have chosen to be listed overseas, and China’s A shares have frequently suffered losses of resources but have not received enough attention.
