为解决城市燃气球墨铸铁埋地管道在土壤腐蚀作用下频繁失效的问题,开展土壤腐蚀模拟试验研究,首先,采用系统动力学流图和灰关联相结合的方法,确定土壤主要腐蚀因素。然后,以球墨铸铁标准腐蚀试片为材料,通过室内腐蚀模拟正交试验,得到试验区域土壤腐蚀因素的重要度排序,由大到小依次为含水量、孔隙率、含盐量、SO_4~(2-)含量、Cl~-含量、pH值。试验结果分析表明,含水量是影响试片腐蚀宏观形貌的主要因素。与碳钢材质的管道相比,球墨铸铁管道腐蚀受pH值的影响不显著,具有更好的耐酸腐蚀性。其他因素对两者的影响趋势较为一致。
In order to solve the problem of frequent failures of buried pipeline of city gas ductile iron under the action of soil erosion, the soil erosion simulation test was carried out. Firstly, the main soil erosion factors were determined by the combination of system dynamics flow chart and gray correlation. Then, taking the ductile iron standard corrosion test piece as the material, through the indoor corrosion simulation orthogonal test, the importance rank of the soil corrosion factor in the test area was obtained. The order of the water content, porosity, salinity, SO 4 ~ 2-) content, Cl ~ - content, pH value. The test results show that the water content is the main factor that affects the macroscopic morphology of the test piece. Compared with the carbon steel pipe, ductile iron pipe corrosion by the pH value is not significant, with better acid corrosion resistance. The influence of other factors on the two is more consistent.
