目的:研究旋转数字减影血管造影(DSA)诊断颅内动脉瘤的临床价值。方法:使用美国GE公司AdvantxLCV加高档数字血管造影系统,对35例疑有颅内动脉瘤的蛛网膜下腔出血的病人做旋转X线DSA检查,并于常规DSA检查比较。结果:旋转DSA诊断颅内动脉瘤的35例病人常规DSA发现32例,3例只有通过旋转DSA才能发现。30例动脉瘤解剖结构显示不清的加摄旋转DSA后动脉瘤瘤颈及周围血管分支的解剖关系显示清晰。结论:旋转DSA可更好地显示动脉瘤瘤颈及周围血管解剖结构,对临床诊断治疗颅内动脉瘤有重要价值。
Objective: To study the clinical value of rotational digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Methods: Spiral X-ray computed tomography (DSA) was performed in 35 patients with suspected intracranial aneurysm subarachnoid hemorrhage using American GE AdvantxLCV upscale digital angiography system and compared with conventional DSA. Results: 35 cases of DSA diagnosed intracranial aneurysms were found by routine DSA in 32 cases, and only 3 cases could be detected by rotating DSA. Anatomical structure of 30 aneurysms showed unclear plus rotary DSA aneurysm neck and the surrounding vascular branch of the anatomical relationship showed clearly. Conclusion: Rotating DSA can better display the anatomic structure of the aneurysm neck and its surroundings, which is of great value in clinical diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysm.
