目的探讨PBL教学法在成教医学免疫学中的应用效果。方法随机抽取昆明医科大学2015级2个成教班,成教1班(50人)作为实验组,应用PBL教学法进行教学;成教2班(48人)作为对照组,实施传统教学方法。采用收集考试成绩、问卷调查等方法进行教学研究。结果教学效果统计结果显示:在调动学生兴趣、参与意识、参与发言次数、累计发言时间、实际解决问题的能力和提高成绩等方面实验组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法能促进昆医成教学生对免疫学知识的掌握,提高对临床问题的解释能力,适合对成教学生应用PBL教学。
Objective To explore the application of PBL in adult medical immunology. Methods A total of 2 adults and 2 adults were enrolled in 2015 class of Kunming Medical University. One group (50 adults) of Adult Education Class was enrolled in the experiment. PBL teaching method was used for teaching. Two classes of Adult Education (48 students) were used as control group to implement traditional teaching methods. Collecting test scores, questionnaires and other methods of teaching and research. Results The results of teaching statistics showed that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in mobilizing students’ interest, participation awareness, the number of times to speak, the cumulative speech time, the actual ability to solve problems and improve the performance, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ). Conclusions The PBL teaching method can promote the mastery of immunology knowledge of adult medical students in Kunming Medical University and improve the ability to explain clinical problems, so it is suitable for applying PBL teaching to adult students.
