我国企业文化建设现状(1)与思想政治工作混为一谈。由于企业文化和思想政治工作在目的上都是以经济建设为中心，在内容上都是坚持“以人为本”的原则，因而有些人认为：企业文化就是思想政治工作在改革开放新形势下为了与国际接轨所取的一个新名词，其实质都是一样的，所以企业文化可以替代思想政治工作，把企业文化和思想政治工作简单片面地
The status quo of China’s corporate culture construction (1) is confused with ideological and political work. Since the corporate culture and ideological and political work are all based on economic construction, they all adhere to the principle of “people-oriented”. Therefore, some people think that corporate culture is the ideological and political work in the new situation of reform and opening up for international cooperation. The new term adopted by the integration is the same in essence. Therefore, corporate culture can replace ideological and political work, and the corporate culture and ideological and political work can be simply one-sided.
