目的提高护士评判性思维能力,从多角度护理患者,提高护理质量。方法对各级护士按不同要求进行各种形式的分级培训,如基础知识、专科疾病护理知识、人文学科知识、管理能力等,同时开展以问题为本的查房,进行危重病例、范例的反思、分析和总结等。结果患者、医生对护理工作的满意度及护理人员相互评价的满意度分别由81%、85%、85%分别上升至95%、98%、96%。结论评判性思维能力的培养可充实全院护士的理论知识,提高各级护士的临床推理、判断和观察能力,提高护理质量。
Objectives To improve nurses’ critical thinking ability, to care for patients from multiple angles, and to improve the quality of care.
