随着我国信息技术的不断发展,2016年,“互联网+”作为最炙手可热的词汇,云计算、互联网、大数据等许多新兴技术飞速发展起来。互联网等应用已经渗透到各行各业之中,并在其中取得了不错的效果。当今时代,对于人力资源的管理提出了更高的要求,这就使得人力资源管理者不得不加快自己转型的步伐。基于此,首先对“互联网+”时代下人力资源管理的模式进行分析,然后提出与之相关的电子化人力资源管理路径。
With the continuous development of information technology in our country, in 2016, “Internet +” as the hottest vocabulary, cloud computing, the Internet, big data and many other emerging technologies developed rapidly. Applications such as the Internet have infiltrated all walks of life and have achieved good results. In today’s era, human resources management has put forward higher requirements, which makes human resources managers have to speed up the pace of their transformation. Based on this, we first analyze the mode of HRM under the era of “Internet + ” and then propose the e-HRM path.
