能源企业作为国民经济的新兴产业,其生产经营活动直接关系着经济建设和发展,为国家经济繁荣发挥着不可替代的作用。伴随着国内外能源产业的竞争日趋激烈和残酷,社会经济环境发生了很大的变化,国内能源企业面临着前所未有的挑战。这就必然要求能源企业在加强经营管理的同时,应建立健全和运行行之有效的,符合能源企业自身特点的内部控制制度、完善内部控制环境,提高企业重视风险识别、风险分析及应对的能力。因为加强企业内部控制,是一个企业最基础性的工作,也是企业提以生存和发展的前提。通过内部控制制度的变革与创新,建立科学、有效的企业内部控制体系,是保障能源企业可持续、平稳发展的基础,是提高能源企业员工的工作效率和企业管理水平的重要举措。
As a new industry of national economy, energy production and operation activities are directly related to economic construction and development, playing an irreplaceable role in the country’s economic prosperity.
