研究通过试验探讨了钢纤维掺量、配筋率、约束筋表面形式、约束筋材料等因素对高强钢纤维混凝土收缩性能的影响。研究结果表明,提高混凝土中钢纤维的掺量能够降低高强钢纤维混凝土的自由收缩量。当约束筋材料相同时,高强钢纤维混凝土的收缩随着配筋率的提高而降低。钢筋的表面形式对高强钢纤维混凝土的收缩没有显著影响。在相同配筋率下,约束筋材料的弹性模量越低,对高强钢纤维混凝土收缩的抑制作用越弱。
The effects of steel fiber content, reinforcement ratio, surface morphology of restraining tendons and constraining tendons on the shrinkage of high strength steel fiber reinforced concrete were studied. The results show that increasing the content of steel fiber in concrete can reduce the free shrinkage of high strength steel fiber concrete. When the restraining bar material is the same, the shrinkage of high strength steel fiber concrete decreases with the increasing of the reinforcement ratio. The surface form of rebar had no significant effect on the shrinkage of high strength steel fiber concrete. Under the same reinforcement ratio, the lower the elastic modulus of the restraining bar material, the weaker the restraining effect on the shrinkage of high strength steel fiber concrete.
