白山300MW水轮发电机组的推力轴瓦多次烧毁,迫使机组停机,本文根据液压推力轴承的结构特点,及烧瓦部位和深度,分析烧瓦原因认为:轴瓦设计单位压强过高,轴瓦变形大,逆止阀泄压,瓦面油室位置不合理;运行中油含杂质,冷态升负荷速度快,未经盘车刮瓦,修复瓦面时中部凹陷值过大.为此,电站采取相应改造措施,用圆环式支撑代替单支柱式支撑,增加推力瓦切向偏心率,在逆止阀前增加一个逆止阀,改变轴瓦上小油室的位置和深度.改进后的对比试验和运行实践证明,各项技术指标达到设计要求,确保机组安全可靠运行.
