公款吃喝浪费严重、行政成本居高不下,特别在一些党政机关和事业单位是“三公消费”的重灾区,民众对“三公”愤怒的呼声越来越强烈,甚至深恶痛绝。如何堵住行政浪费,把更多的财力投人到更需要的领域,充分发挥公共财政对我国经济建设的支撑作用。本文根据行政浪费举高不下的中国实际,对公共财政投入问题作了一些调查和分析,从中折射出当前公共财政投入方面的一些问题并寻求解决问题的方案。 Public funds for eating and drinking were seriously wasted and the administrative costs were high. Especially in some party and government organs and institutions, which were the hardest hit by “three public spending,” people became more and more fierce and even abhorred from the anger of the “three publics”. How to block administrative waste, devote more financial resources to areas that are in greater need, and give full play to the public finance’s supportive role in the economic construction of our country. Based on China’s high administrative waste, this paper makes some investigations and analyzes on the public finance investment, and reflects some problems in the current public finance investment and seeks solutions to the problems.
