本研究从基于我国出租车行业现存问题,提出一个调节关系模型,探析了出租车司机非正式组织需求的影响因素。得出了如下结论:工作满意度、正式组织需求分别对出租车司机非正式组织需求具有显著负向、正向影响,宣泄渠道有效性能够显著降低司机工作满意度与非正式组织需求之间的负向关系。研究成果有助于解析我国出租车行业体制上现存的缺陷以及行业矛盾根源,为行业问题的解决提供思路。
Based on the existing problems of taxi industry in our country, this study proposes a regulatory relationship model and analyzes the influencing factors of the demand for taxi drivers’ informal organization. The following conclusions are drawn: job satisfaction and formal organizational needs have significant negative and positive effects on the demand of taxi drivers ’informal organizations respectively, and the effectiveness of catharsis channels can significantly reduce the relationship between drivers’ job satisfaction and informal organization requirements Negative relations. The research results help to resolve the existing defects in the taxi industry system and the root causes of the industry contradictions, and provide ideas for the solution of the industry problems.
