目的:对老年重症心衰患者的营养护理效果进行分析,为老年重症患者营养护理提供临床依据。方法:对93例老年重症心衰患者的营养现状进行测评,分为对照组和实验组,对照组46例,实验组47例,对照组对心衰患者采取常规护理,实验组采取全程护理干预。对两组患者的营养不良情况、白蛋白指标以及病死率进行比较分析。结果:实验组进行全程营养干预后血清白蛋白指标比护理前上升(P<0.05),对照组血清白蛋白前后没有什么变化,实验组在护理后营养不良发生率具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:营养护理干预能够有效的提高老年重症心衰患者的营养,加速患者的康复,减少再次住院和病死率。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effect of nutritional nursing on senile patients with severe heart failure and to provide the clinical basis for nutritional care of senile critically ill patients. Methods: The nutritional status of 93 elderly patients with severe heart failure were evaluated and divided into control group and experimental group, 46 cases in control group and 47 cases in experimental group. The control group took routine nursing care to patients with heart failure, and the experimental group took full nursing intervention . Malnutrition, albumin index and mortality were compared between the two groups. Results: The index of serum albumin in the experimental group was higher than that before nursing (P <0.05), serum albumin in the control group did not change before and after treatment, and the incidence of malnutrition in the experimental group was statistically significant (P <0.05 ). Conclusion: Nutrition nursing intervention can effectively improve the nutrition of elderly patients with severe heart failure, accelerate the recovery of patients and reduce the re-hospitalization and mortality rate.
