为了提高 Ni-P 镀层的耐腐蚀和抗氧化性能,在化学镀镍液中加入铼元素。采用扫描电镜、X 射线衍射、能谱等手段,对 Q235 钢上制备的 Ni-P 和 Ni-Re-P 化学镀层的表面形貌、组织结构和成分进行了分析。通过电化学测试技术(包括极化曲线及电化学阻抗谱)和等温增重法分别研究了添加 Re 前后化学镀镍层的耐蚀性及抗氧化行为。结果表明,与 Ni-P 镀层相比,Ni-Re-P 镀层的极化电阻增大,腐蚀电流密度减小,氧化增重明显降低,其耐蚀性和抗氧化性能得到了提高。
In order to improve the corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of Ni-P coatings, rhenium is added to the electroless nickel plating solution. The surface morphology, microstructure and composition of electroless Ni-P and Ni-Re-P coatings prepared on Q235 steel were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and energy dispersive spectroscopy. The corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of the electroless nickel plating before and after the addition of Re were studied by electrochemical test techniques (including polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy) and isothermal weight gain method. The results show that compared with Ni-P coating, the polarization resistance of Ni-Re-P coating increases, the corrosion current density decreases, the oxidation weight gain decreases obviously, and the corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of Ni-Re-P coating increase.
