本文叙述了在低硒富锰饲料中补充硒或锌对大鼠心肌损伤的影响。实验表明,补充硒或锌均能使大鼠组织谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性升高,脂质过氧化物含量显著下降,尤其是以硒与锌的联合补充使上述变化更甚。另一方面,单纯补充硒或锌均能提高心肌细胞色素氧化酶及琥珀酸脱氢酶活性,显著降低心肌钙含量,心肌坏死检出率和坏死面积有降低和缩小趋势。硒与锌的联合补充对提高酶活性及降低心肌坏死检出率的影响也较单纯补硒或补锌为佳。
This article describes the effects of selenium or zinc supplementation in low selenium and manganese supplements on myocardial injury in rats. Experiments show that supplementation of selenium or zinc can make rat tissue glutathione peroxidase activity increased, lipid peroxide content decreased significantly, especially with the combination of selenium and zinc make these changes even worse. On the other hand, pure selenium or zinc supplementation could increase myocardial cytochrome oxidase and succinate dehydrogenase activity, significantly reduce myocardial calcium content, myocardial necrosis detection rate and necrosis area have decreased and decreased. The combined supplementation of selenium and zinc to improve the enzyme activity and reduce the detection rate of myocardial necrosis than pure selenium or zinc supplement is better.
