本文介绍近十年来我国涡流检测技术在涡流分选、涡流测厚(金属厚度的测量和复盖层厚度的测量),缺陷检测、涡流检测在科研和生产中的应用;多频涡流技术、核动力装置中热交换器管道的涡流检测技术;探头的研制、有限元计算方法在涡流检测技术中的应用(探头的最优化设计、多种缺陷的涡流信号图形的计算);深层涡流技术;涡流检测人员的培训;涡流检测标准的制订等方面的进展情况。文中还介绍了一些国外涡流检测技术的情况和作者在一些问题上的看法。
In this paper, the application of eddy current testing technology in eddy current separation, eddy current thickness measurement (measurement of metal thickness and thickness of overburden), flaw detection and eddy current testing in scientific research and production are introduced in this paper. Multi-frequency eddy current technology, Eddy current testing of heat exchanger tubes in power plant; development of probe; application of finite element calculation method in eddy current testing technology (optimal design of probe; calculation of eddy current signal pattern of various defects); deep eddy current technology; eddy current Testing staff training; Eddy current testing standards and other aspects of the progress of the development. The article also introduced some foreign eddy current testing technology and the author’s views on some issues.
