以华甜玉一号超甜玉米为材料,对乳熟适期采收的新鲜果稳进行营养成分分析,并在室温(夏季28℃,秋季20℃)、4℃、-21℃下带苞叶和不带苞叶贮藏,研究不同贮藏期糖分和口感变化。
Taking Huasitian 1 super-sweet corn as material, the nutritional components of the fresh fruits collected during the ripening period were analyzed. The results showed that the buds of the fresh fruits were harvested at room temperature (28 ℃ in summer and 20 ℃ in autumn), 4 ℃, -21 ℃ Leaves and leaves without husk storage, sugar and taste changes in different storage period.
