目的:探讨16层螺旋CT血管造影(CT angiography,CTA)对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值。方法:对56例急诊蛛网膜下腔出血(subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAh)患者行头部16层螺旋CTA检查,对照数字减影血管造影(Digital Subtraction Angiography,DSA)结果,评估16层螺旋CTA诊断动脉瘤的准确性。结果:56例中DSA检查发现59个动脉瘤,16层螺旋CTA检查发现56个动脉瘤,CTA诊断颅内动脉瘤的敏感性为94.6%,特异性为100%,准确性95%。结论:16层螺旋CTA可获得与DSA相近的检查结果,具有较高的敏感性和特异性,快捷,无创,可代替DSA进行筛查及术前评估颅内动脉瘤。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of 16-slice CT angiography (CTA) for intracranial aneurysms. Methods: Sixty-six patients with acute subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAh) underwent 16-slice spiral CT angiography (CTA) and compared with digital subtraction angiography (DSA) to evaluate the diagnostic value of 16-slice spiral CT angiography Accuracy Results: Fifty-six aneurysms were detected by DSA in 56 cases and 56 aneurysms were detected by 16-slice spiral CTA. The sensitivity and specificity of CTA in diagnosing intracranial aneurysms were 94.6%, 100% and 95% respectively. Conclusion: 16-slice spiral CTA can obtain the same result as DSA. It has high sensitivity and specificity. It is fast, noninvasive and can replace DSA for screening and preoperative evaluation of intracranial aneurysms.
