近年研究表明,无创通气在慢性阻塞性肺疾病、心源性肺水肿以及有创-无创序贯治疗等方面的应用日趋广泛,其技术、经验渐趋成熟,但在急性肺损伤、急性呼吸窘迫综合征、严重急性呼吸综合征等方面的应用研究较少,且应用效果尚有一定争议。笔者从以上各方面对无创通气的临床应用进行综述。 Recent studies show that noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cardiogenic pulmonary edema and invasive - noninvasive sequential treatment is widely used, its technology, experience matures, but in acute lung injury, acute respiratory distress Syndrome, severe acute respiratory syndrome and other aspects of the application of less research, and the application effect is still some controversy.
