浙江绍兴漓铁球团有限公司所用含锌铁矿石铁品位为65.05%,属高品位铁精粉,P、S等有害杂质含量较低,但Zn含量高达0.3%,超过了入炉原料含Zn<0.1%的要求。本文提出采用内配碳球团高温还原法生产预还原球团矿,还原脱锌的同时得到金属化率80%以上的金属化球团。在还原焙烧温度为1 100℃,还原焙烧时间为60 min,配煤量为15.0%的条件下,获得的成品球金属化率可达83.3%,脱锌率为84.5%,抗压强度为2 354 N/个,Zn含量降至0.047%,符合高炉对入炉原料的要求。
Zhejiang Shaoxing Liquan Iron Pellet Co., Ltd. used zinc iron ore grade of 65.05%, is a high grade iron concentrate, P, S and other harmful impurities lower, but the Zn content of up to 0.3%, more than the raw materials into the furnace Zn <0.1% of the requirements. In this paper, we propose to produce prereduction pellets by using high temperature reduction method with carbon pellets and metalized pellets with metalization rate above 80% while reducing dezincification. Under the conditions of reduction calcination temperature of 1 100 ℃, reduction calcination time of 60 min and coal blending content of 15.0%, the metallization yield of finished products reached 83.3%, the dezincification rate was 84.5% and the compressive strength was 2 354 N / a, Zn content decreased to 0.047%, in line with the blast furnace on the requirements of raw materials into the furnace.
