本文给出设计30m×36m平板网架的五种方案,比较了各种方案构造情况、杆件最大内力最大挠度、杆件用钢量、节点用钢量及总耗钢指标;讨论了不同网架厚度对杆件内力、挠度和耗钢量的影响。用近似法和精确法计算了五种方案的网架主要杆件内力大小,并比较了计算结果及分布规律,分析了近似计算误差范围及产生的原因,以供设计时参考。
In this paper, five schemes for designing a 30m×36m flat-screen grid are presented, and comparisons are made between the construction of various schemes, the maximum deflection of the maximum internal force of the bar, the amount of steel used for the bar, the amount of steel used for the joints, and the total consumption index; The effect of shelf thickness on internal forces, deflections, and steel consumption. The internal forces of the main members of the five kinds of schemes were calculated using the approximate method and the exact method. The calculation results and distribution rules were compared. The error range of the approximate calculation and the causes were analyzed to provide reference for the design.
