目的1探讨人口统计学变量与深圳市IT知识员工工作倦怠之间的关系;2评估社会支持和应对方式对深圳IT知识员工工作倦怠的影响。方法采用MBI-GS(中文版)、社会支持量表(SSRS)和简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)对深圳市222名IT知识员工进行调查分析。结果1人口统计学变量与工作倦怠存在显著相关(P<0.01)(P<0.05);未婚员工成就感较已婚员工低(P<0.01);2主观支持对情绪衰竭维度、低成就感维度和整体倦怠感具有显著负向预测作用(P<0.01);3客观支持对玩世不恭维度和整体倦怠感具有显著负向预测作用(P<0.01);4积极应对方式对低成就感具有显著负向预测作用(P<0.01)。结论人口统计学变量与深圳IT知识员工的工作倦怠密切相关,社会支持与应对方式都可预测深圳IT知识员工的工作倦怠。
Objective 1 To explore the relationship between demographic variables and job burnout of IT workers in Shenzhen; 2 to evaluate the impact of social support and coping styles on job burnout of IT knowledge workers in Shenzhen. Methods A total of 222 IT knowledge workers in Shenzhen were investigated by MBI-GS (Chinese version), Social Support Scale (SSRS) and Simple Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ). Results 1 The demographic variables were significantly correlated with job burnout (P <0.01) (P <0.05); the unwed employee sense of accomplishment was lower than that of married employees (P <0.01); 2 The level of subjective support for emotional exhaustion and low sense of accomplishment (P <0.01); 3 objective support had a significant negative predictive effect on cynicism and overall burnout (P <0.01); 4 positive coping style had a significant negative impact on low accomplishment Predict effect (P <0.01). Conclusion Demographic variables are closely related to job burnout of IT knowledge workers in Shenzhen. Both social support and coping styles can predict job burnout of IT knowledge workers in Shenzhen.
