深圳市居民人群合理营养膳食知识、态度及行为调查

目的了解深圳市居民人群合理营养膳食知识、态度和行为现状,为下一步开展深圳市人群合理膳食指导工作提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样方法,设计典型调查问卷,应用Epi Info3.5.3统计软件进行分析。结果深圳市人群合理营养膳食知识的平均得分为(65.5±14.5)分,调查对象人群合理营养膳食知晓情况、行为方式、受教育程度和年龄因素影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。通过APP软件获取人群合理膳食营养知识的人占调查人数的28.5%,说明手机自媒体成为获取人群合理膳食营养知识的一个新途径。结论深圳市居民营养膳食知识整体水平一般,获取人群合理膳食营养知识的态度较为积极,应通过多种途径开展居民人群合理膳食营养知识健康教育,使居民获得更多的人群合理膳食营养知识,改变不良的膳食行为习惯。 Objective To understand the status quo and current status of diet, knowledge, attitude and behavior of residents in Shenzhen residents and to provide a scientific basis for the next step in carrying out reasonable dietary guidance in Shenzhen. Methods Using random sampling method, a typical questionnaire was designed and analyzed by Epi Info3.5.3 statistical software. Results The average score of dietary knowledge of reasonable nutrition in Shenzhen population was (65.5 ± 14.5) points. There was significant difference (P <0.01) between the knowledge of rational nutrition and diet, behavior pattern, educational level and age in the surveyed population. 28.5% of the surveyed people who got the reasonable food nutrition knowledge through the APP software, which shows that the mobile phone self-media has become a new way to get the crowd’s reasonable diet nutrition knowledge. Conclusions The overall level of nutrition and dietary knowledge of residents in Shenzhen is generally high, and the attitude towards rational dietary nutrition among the population is relatively positive. Health education should be carried out to promote reasonable knowledge of dietary nutrition among residents, which will enable residents to obtain more knowledge and reasonable dietary nutrition of the population.
