目的:探讨Cyclin D1及Ki-67表达是否与食管鳞状细胞癌患者预后有关。方法:通过免疫组化SP法检测63例食管鳞癌组织中Cyclin D1及Ki-67的表达。结果:Cyclin D1及Ki-67的阳性表达明显增高,阳性表达率分别为58.73%(37/63)和65.07%(41/63)。Cyclin D1和Ki-67阳性表达与临床分期、淋巴转移呈正相关,表达正常者1、3和5年生存率均高于高表达者,P=0.0001。Cyclin D1及Ki-67的表达之间存在正相关,P=0.001。Cox比例风险模型分析指出Cyclin D1及Ki-67表达增高是显示预后不良的重要因素。结论:Cyclin D1及Ki-67可作为预后因子,其表达与总体生存时间和无病生存时间有关,可判断食管鳞癌患者的预后。
Objective: To investigate whether the expression of Cyclin D1 and Ki-67 is associated with the prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: The expressions of Cyclin D1 and Ki-67 in 63 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: The positive expression rates of Cyclin D1 and Ki-67 were significantly higher than those of the control group (58.73%, 37/63) and 65.07% (41/63), respectively. The positive expression of Cyclin D1 and Ki-67 was positively correlated with clinical stage and lymphatic metastasis. The 1,3 and 5-year survival rates of patients with normal expression were higher than those with high expression (P = 0.0001). There was a positive correlation between Cyclin D1 and Ki-67 expression, P = 0.001. Cox proportional hazards model analysis indicated that the increased expression of Cyclin D1 and Ki-67 is an important factor in the prognosis. Conclusion: Cyclin D1 and Ki-67 can be used as prognostic factors. The expression of Cyclin D1 and Ki-67 may be related to the overall survival time and disease-free survival time, which can be used to evaluate the prognosis of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
