目的建立止咳药品中橙皮苷的含量的测定方法。方法色谱柱:ODS-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水-醋酸(35∶60∶5),流量:1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长285nm,柱温:30℃。结果橙皮苷在0.43~1.98μg·m L-1质量浓度范围内呈现良好线性关系(r=0.999 5),百部止咳糖浆中橙皮苷质量浓度为(19.7±2.3)μg·m L-1。结论高效液相法测定橙皮苷的含量具有准确性高、精密度好、有良好的线性关系,可考虑作为小儿百部止咳糖浆中橙皮苷含量测定方法,且可考虑在同类药物中推广。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of hesperidin in cough medicine. Methods The mobile phase consisted of ODS-C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase methanol-water-acetic acid (35:60:5), flow rate 1.0 mL · min -1, detection wavelength 285 nm, 30 ° C. Results Hesperidin exhibited a good linearity (r = 0.999 5) in the range of 0.43-1.98 μg · m L-1, the concentration of hesperidin in Baibu Cough Syrup was (19.7 ± 2.3) μg · m L- 1. Conclusion HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin with high accuracy, good precision and good linear relationship can be considered as a pediatric cough syrup hesperidin content determination, and can be considered in the promotion of similar drugs .
