以苜蓿为试材,采用不同浓度CaCl2溶液对苜蓿进行浸种处理,研究了盐胁迫下钙离子对苜蓿种子发芽和生长的影响,以期寻找苜蓿发芽阶段缓解盐胁迫的最佳浸种浓度。结果表明:随着钙溶液处理浓度的升高,盐胁迫下苜蓿种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、鲜重、苗高、根长均呈现先增加后下降的趋势;隶属函数综合分析表明,钙溶液浸种对盐胁迫下苜蓿种子发芽能力影响效果由大到小依次为20、40、10、80、5、0mmol/L,以20mmol/L的钙溶液浸种处理对提高苜蓿种子发芽阶段抗盐胁迫的效果最佳。
Using alfalfa as test material, alfalfa was soaked with different concentrations of CaCl2 solution to study the effect of calcium ion on the germination and growth of alfalfa seeds under salt stress. The aim was to find out the best soaking concentration of alfalfa to alleviate salt stress in germinating stage. The results showed that the germination rate, germination energy, germination index, vigor index, fresh weight, seedling height and root length of alfalfa increased first and then decreased with the increase of calcium concentration.
