Objective To investigate the changes of serum Th1 / Th2 and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Fifty-six patients with pelvic inflammatory disease diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as observation group and 56 healthy women of same age were selected as control group. The difference of serum Th1 / Th2 index and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets between the two groups were compared and the results of pelvic inflammatory disease with different severity and disease classification in the observation group were compared. Results The levels of serum IL-2, CD4 ~ + and CD3 ~ + CD4 ~ + in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. Th1 / Th2 index in other serum and T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood were higher than those in the control group, and acute pelvic inflammatory disease Patients with poorer chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, severe patients worse than mild and moderate patients, moderate patients were worse than mild patients, the differences were statistically significant (P all <0.05). Conclusions Serum levels of Th1 / Th2 and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease are relatively abnormal, and the severity and classification of pelvic inflammatory disease have a significant impact on the above indicators.
