随着国家对建筑业转型升级的要求越来越高,传统大型施工行业粗放式的生产方式已不能满足企业转型升级的要求,产业化、绿色化已经成为未来建筑行业发展的新方向。BIM技术作为国家大力推行的数字化建造手段,可以有效加快施工产业化和绿色化的进程,辅助企业绿色施工、降本增效。本文结合“互联网+智能建造技术”的两个应用实例,浅析3D打印技术在建筑产业化中的应用和万达总包交钥匙模式下BIM技术帮助总承包商降低成本增加效益的实例,分析总结出一套大型施工企业如何有效利用BIM技术提高自身竞争力的行之有效的方法。
With the state’s requirement for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry getting higher and higher, the extensive mode of production in the traditional large-scale construction industry can no longer meet the requirements of the transformation and upgrading of enterprises. Industrialization and greening have become the new directions for the development of the construction industry in the future. BIM technology as a national vigorous implementation of digital construction methods, can effectively speed up the construction of industrialization and greening process, to help enterprises green construction, reduce costs and increase efficiency. Based on two application examples of “Internet + Intelligent Building Technology ”, this paper analyzes the application of 3D printing technology in building industrialization and the example of BIM technology that helps general contractors reduce costs and increase benefits under the turnkey mode of Wanda Analyzes and summarizes the effective method of how to effectively use BIM technology to improve its competitiveness in a large construction enterprise.
